A simple vectorscope for stereo phase analysis.
Middle mouse button toggles background fading.
Edit: I was told that this kind of graph is actually called "goniometer".

This add-on is wonderful: A useful tool for music phase issues, distortion. Plus, it's fun to look at! I hope one day maybe the add on can be upgraded with different colors ad higher resolution on today's high-definition screens (4K).

Thank you very much for this. I use it regularly to check for mono/stereo/out of phase music.
As described in post #2 rotating it that a mono signal is represented as a vertical line (out of phase cancellation as horizontal line) would make it more useful.
Then swapping channels to show a pure left signal as diagonale upwards left and a pure right signal uowards right would make it a qusai professional instrument.

This is awesome! I've seen this type of visual in some other audio editor program before. I like these types of visuals- they actually make since in comparison to the pointless flashy ones.

consider a mode where the scope is rotated anticlockwise by 45 degrees such that a mono signal equal left right is shown as straight up, then deviation from the center line represents stereoness left and right on your speakers. this is a more useful audio meter and fun to watch, thx
