"coded in feb/march 2000" ... it's been 15 years and still my main visual. So simple, timeless and infinite ... everything is just perfect. I like other CoR's visuals as well but this masterpiece will be my #1 lifetime favorite for sure.

Thank you Robert "Cor" Wenzel and it would be nice to see you coding for fun again.

It's the best visualisation I ever seen. It shows something intelligent, not just an abstarct color and shape mixture. I use only two visual efects: Specc'n'Hopp and UnConeD's Neon Coaster.

This is my single favorite visualization of all time. I grew tired of vises a long time ago and stopped using them in general, but I keep this one.

It has two different parts that respond to the music very well unlike a lot of other visualizations. The vis as a whole looks like a bunch of dancers bouncing to the music in a nightclub.

I just wish that I could either get this to work with Winamp or Pacemaker to work with XMPlay.

Original, responsive to music and fun to look at. It can also be configured with the middle button to do without the spectrum or the grid, add more hoppers or non at all!

My Top 5:
1. Honto's Phase v0.6
2. Rabbit Hole 1.1
3. Acidspunk 2.14
4. Milkdrop
5. CoR's Spec'n'Hopp 1.1

Honto's Jazz v1.1 is also very good! :)

Very good vis. One of the best visually, and pretty much the same one that you can find for Sonique and WinAMP, but is now available for XMPlay.

The only downside is that the CPU usage with this vis jumps to between 25% to 50% on something around an AMD Athlon XP 1800+ system.

If there was a way that the vis could be done such that it uses half the CPU power it does now, then it would be true 5 star vis. Until then, I'll have to give it a 4 star rating only because it's one of the more intense CPU hogs.

my all time favorite... i've used this since since it first hit the vis downloads page on sonique.com (the 1.x days). this was the sole reason for not switching to another player. that and the aorta vis. freakin' beautiful man!

The hoppers are interesting. I'd like a little more sensitive response to the volume though.

#5 - raina rated this file 4 stars on 2006-07-20, 21:27:11
One of my faves. :) Could do without the hoppers, though.
