this is the best plugin ever, ported from the old and great Phonique player, it adapts to the rythm being reproduce in a never-ending flow, simply awesome. It runs smooth in Full HD. It would be good to have another version with additional geometry and color scheme as the original. Those green/red bubbles are too frequent ;)

You know what I download XMPlay and remove AIMP. Rabbit Hole works! And now im double happy. Screw AIMP if he cant handle my favorite visualization. I hope XMPlay audio quality gonna be good. Simplistic music player but well I can like it. Im sure im gonna learn about it more to extend it. Cheers!

Beautiful, varied, stable and very responsive to ANY kind of music.

Rabbit Hole 1.1, Acidspunk and Honto's Phase v0.6 are the best!
Honorable mention also goes to CoR's Spec'n'Hopp 1.1 and Milkdrop.

My Top 5:
1. Honto's Phase vo.6
2. Rabbit Hole 1.1
3. Acidspunk 2.14
4. Milkdrop
5. CoR's Spec'n'Hopp 1.1

Undenyably, the BEST visual for XMplay since Spectrum (3D)! (Hey! I find it very useful! Not very many good Spectrographs, you know!) Unless it already does, you should make it analyze the dominant waveform and the bands of the song to manipulate the performance. And, if you can get something down with the people over at Unreal Creations, make it so that it will go at the beat of any MIDI file/MOD file baised on a set ratio for perfomance. Still, undenyably, the BEST visual plugin avaliable for XMplay!

#38 - db rated this file 5 stars on 2009-09-07, 05:39:59
I've been using this visual for over 10 years now(holy shiz, has it been that long!?). It's the only visual I use. In my opinion, this visual is one of the most impressive pieces of software ever. It runs for hours/days without problems (no crashes or memory leaks as far as I can tell) and it works with every song thrown at it. It looks amazingly beautiful and never gets old.

Feldspar you are an mf'ing GOD! Any chance you'd release the source code for this?

#37 - Ceri rated this file 5 stars on 2009-08-09, 16:34:52

Jhi, I think that's what happens if the plugin crashes. You could try limiting the resolution, to 50% of your desktop dimensions for example.

#28 - Jhi rated this file 5 stars on 2008-03-09, 21:03:52
Hi, great visual! Just wondering when I double click to full screen mode it last for a couple of seconds then resets to no visuals.

Now I just have to support this plugin with my vote. It's one of the most amazing vis plugins I've ever seen. It reminds me of REZ, one of my favourite games on the Dreamcast. Unfortunately, the author, Feldspar, can't be found anymore. I'd love to see new stuff from him, maybe even a new Rabbit Hole version.

#8 - RLTX rated this file 5 stars on 2006-11-09, 08:57:00

#4 - WhiteFalcon rated this file 5 stars on 2006-06-20, 18:18:13
Truly a masterfully made plug-in, the speed is altered to suit the music and there are so many variations of the shapes/colors/motion that almost every song shows you something you have not yet seen. Amazing!

#3 - GrosBedo rated this file 5 stars on 2006-05-26, 20:25:00
Awesome !

I looked for a visual plugin for music like this one all my life (seriouly) that could change and adapt almost perfectly with the sound, without annoying the user and a great feeling of speed and psychedelic visuals, and you made it Feldspar !

Great job, I hope to see some other contributions from you in the future =)

#2 - Zaorish rated this file 5 stars on 2006-04-25, 18:14:15
This is easily the best vis in this whole directory. Apparently this guy Feldspar made more...too bad the sonique website died or we'd have his other works.

#1 - benJam rated this file 5 stars on 2006-04-24, 08:20:56
One of the best plugins I've ever seen. Fits magically to all musical styles.
Just try it with your favourite songs and let the rabbit hole catch you.
