posted on 2011-02-01

Displays lyrics for the songs you're playing. Also works for numerous other audio players.

How to get MiniLyrics running with XMPlay:
- Install MiniLyrics and enable the checkbox "Support XMPlay", then put your XMPlay directory in the text box.
- After installing ML, start up XMPlay
- Go to the Options & Stuff dialog -> DSP
- Add "MiniLyrics for XMPlay" to the DSP list.
- Done! :-)

should state here it is trialware, but that is your bad. Not that it matters because I had to do a bunch of tweaking to make it work, then it sucked anyway.

Doesn't work. Waste of time. Avoid it.

"enable the checkbox "Support XMPlay"" - there simply is no such checkbox.
and to top shit: the app is evaluation ware, means: if you like it, you'll have to pay for it.
that may be ok for some, but this info should come with the presentation of the plugin for those that are only looking for free stuff not to waste their time.

Works but manually.
XMPlay parses the mp3 tag wrong and miniLyrics cannot find lyrics without manual intevention.
When the download lyric menu apears, I have to correct the title every time for it to work, it always shows # - artist - title.
Any suggestion?

3. Open Self Lyrics Editor (right click in the Menu)
4. Open* (icon n°2 at the top of the window)
5. Open the lyrics.txt or.lrc or .srt & display it.

I can't make it work either... :( Too bad, it looked like a good Lyrics program...

I didn't get the program to work with XMPlay yet. Anyone else having trouble? It just doesn't start with XMPlay. Then again, I'm using the "stuff" version of XMPlay, maybe that one isn't supported by MiniLyrics.
